Our group sessions are guaranteed to be limited in size with a maximum of 4 people per group so you always get some individual time with your trainer to assist you with technique while still exercising in a social and dynamic environment. The idea behind ParkFit circuit training is to keep you moving by only allowing you to take minimal breaks between exercises. When one muscle group is worked, the others can rest. This makes optimal use of your rest periods, so it’s very time efficient! All body parts are trained in one session, and therefore, my clients do not need to work out every day. We offer small intimate group personal training (4 or less people) which allows you to enjoy the benefits of an individualised training program and the motivation of training in a group dynamic!
By training in a group with other people who have similar goals it is affordable to train more often so you can achieve your goals faster. Groups have a fantastic dynamic that makes training fun.Why not get some friends, family or co-workers together and start your own. Groups need a minimum of 3 regularly attendees to go ahead
