Darista Wedding Photographers

Hi, we're Yuri and Darina, married to each other, and married to cameras. We live in Valencia and shoot weddings across the region: here in Valencia, along the Costa Blanca, and further out whenever a couple asks us to.

We split the day between us in a way that just works: Darina has an eye for the quiet, editorial moments (the dress hanging just right, the light on someone's face before the ceremony starts). Yuri stays close to the action with a more documentary approach, catching the parts nobody poses for. He also shoots on 35mm film for part of the coverage, which gives certain frames that grain and warmth digital just doesn't do on its own, and flies a drone for the wide, sweeping shots of the venue that you can't get any other way.

Most of our couples are flying in from the US, the UK, or elsewhere in Europe to get married here, so we're used to planning around jet lag, tight timelines, and family who've never seen Spain before.
