The Microsoft Cloud Agreement (MCA) is a set of Terms and Conditions that an end-user organisation must accept and sign before Enhanced IT Solutions can order new or modify existing licenses as part of the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program.
From March 22nd 2019, the MCA is a mandatory agreement, meaning if it has not been accepted by your organisation, we will not be able to create new orders or change the seat count of existing subscriptions.
