The challenge

Absolute Reg came to us after seeing a drop in traffic and sales from search. Their main goal was to catch up with competitors and get their key terms onto page one of Google.

What we did

Our first step was to run technical SEO audits, which uncovered some issues that were holding the site back. We worked closely with the team to fix these and get the basics right.

To understand why competitors were ahead, we looked closely at what they were doing well – and where Absolute Reg could improve. The main gap was content. So we created over 50 new landing pages, and wrote regular blog posts to build the site’s relevance and trust with search engines.

The result

The changes paid off. Traffic not only bounced back but pushed past previous highs. Organic sessions grew by 85%, and revenue from organic search went up by 215%.

Most importantly, Absolute Reg now ranks on page one for terms like private number plates, helping more people find them at the right time.

The challenge

Clinical Partners offer ADHD and Autism assessments for both adults and children, working with private and NHS patients across the UK.

They asked us to help improve their Google Ads performance. The aim was simple: attract more private patients to complete ADHD assessments.

The main challenge was that most people searching online weren’t ready to book yet. They were still looking for information. So we needed to make sure the ads reached the right people, at the right time – without wasting budget.

What we did

We started with detailed keyword research. This helped us split the audience into two clear groups: people just starting to learn about ADHD, and those ready to take the next step.

We then created two separate campaigns – one for each group.

For those earlier in the process, we sent them to a landing page offering a free assessment. For those further along, we sent them straight to a ‘Contact Us’ form. This way, each person saw something relevant, depending on where they were in their thinking.

Because the decision to book an assessment can take months, we set up full tracking across the entire journey. This meant we could see how each click turned into a conversion, and make smart changes to the campaigns as we went.

The result

Both campaigns performed strongly. Together, they brought in over 13,000 clicks each month, at an average cost of just £0.66 per click.

The challenge

Our SEO was already in good shape. But we wanted to grow one specific area of organic traffic – visits from AI tools like ChatGPT.

About a year ago, we noticed something small but interesting: ChatGPT had started sending a few visitors a month to our service pages. These weren’t random visits – they were highly relevant, landing on key commercial pages.

That gave us a clear idea: if we could increase traffic from AI assistants, we could bring in more visitors who were ready to buy.

What we did

We started by improving what was already working.

Using our own AI SEO services, we looked at how our site appeared in AI-generated answers. Then we made several updates:

Added more structured data (like LocalBusiness, FAQs and Organisation schema).

Made sure our business details were consistent everywhere online.

Improved internal linking between our product pages, service pages and blogs.

Rewrote parts of our product pages to include FAQs and clear, direct answers – cutting back on vague marketing language.

Built more trust signals: directory listings, reviews, mentions on social media, and digital PR from journalist outreach.

Shared more content across different social platforms to help visibility.

The result

In under a year, we saw a huge jump in AI-driven visits.
