The Atrium entrance links to a boutique hotel, restaurants, and flagship stores, all under an overarching solarium that offers shade to the Hotel and the Atrium Design studios and a Fashion Catwalk radiate from the Atrium and are all housed under leaf-like roof forms. The neighbouring pond on the northern perimeter captures rain runoff from the roof, draws in the prevailing wind and uses this as a passive cooling device for the complex.
