About: Ho-Ping Power Plant is a private thermal power plant in the Republic of China. It is located in Heping Village, Xiulin Township, Hualien County, which is next to Heping Industrial Zone and Heping Industrial Zone at the estuary of Heping Creek. It is adjacent to the Heping Cement Professional Zone of Taiwan Cement Company.
