I also organise regularly yoga retreats for adults and workshops for children.
I live in Tonbridge with my family. I am a yoga Alliance accredited teacher, trained and certified to teach Yoga, Qigong, Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation, restorative) and Yin Yoga.

Candice is a Yoga Alliance Professionals accredited Yoga & Qigong teacher. She has completed over 350h of training. She is now part of the faculty, she supports trainees in their learning and development.
She is a Yoga Nidra teacher, a deep relaxation practice, and a Yin Yoga teacher.
She has completed over 100h of specialist training in Children’s Yoga and is Yoga Campus certified. Her course focus is on empowering children through yoga and creativity.
