Krav Maga Self Defence is run by Simon Pither, a qualified FEKM 2nd Degree Black Belt Instructor with over 25 years of Martial Arts experience. Our club is friendly, the Krav Maga instruction is among the best you will find in the UK, and you will get fitter, stronger and more flexible along the way - what's not to like ?!
Self defence is the core framework of Krav Maga and as such, a large part of each class is based around what is called 'scenario based training', where a defence against a specific attack or threat type is demonstrated and then broken down slowly and practised - it is exactly this approach that makes krav maga different from a martial art - you should leave every class with realistic skills to better defend yourself.
